This is a personalised 1-on-1 session, on Zoom, tailored to your unique requirements. (Also available as a 4-session package - see details below)

Often, in our life journey before awakening, we develop wounds, false beliefs, templates, traumas, programmes and other types of 'baggage' that have limited us. A major part of the awakening process is to begin to become aware of these and bring them up to the surface to be healed.

Helping you to unpack these in a safe and supportive environment, is the main aim of the Soul Empowerment sessions.

where you are on your soul journey
gain insight on your situation from a higher perspective and
discover how you can best move forward.

Prior to the session:

There is a significant amount of preparation that takes place in advance of the session (2-3 hours), in which Shuna receives channeled information about where you are on your soul path, to use as the basis for the guidance.

The session itself:

The session begins with Shuna outlining the guidance received in advance.
Then, using a variety of modalities and her own intuitive wisdom and, in discussion with you, she will to help you to see where you are on your soul path and view your journey from a higher perspective.
The purpose of the session is to help you to identify the best route forward for your highest and best good.
It is always our aim to assist you to move forward in the way that empowers you most, and in that respect this is a co-created experience. It's not something that is done 'to' you, but a conversation and experience in which you participate.

After the Session

A recording of the session is included in the session price.

This recording (both a video and audio version) will be uploaded and stored in your private library, where you will be able to listen again, and pick up information you may have missed during the session, allowing the transformation process to go even deeper.

A PDF of any readings, notes or sketches will also be uploaded into your session folder.

How to book a session:

Once you click the button and pay for a session, you'll be taken to a landing page where you will fill out a form giving us details of your time zone and the days/dates/times that would be most suitable to you.

You can do this straight away, on the landing page you are taken straight to after payment - or later, as we send you an email with a link back to that booking page.

Once you complete this form, we will then get back to you within 24 hours with a selection of suitable dates.

Once we have agreed a date and time, we will hold that spot available for up to 24 hours to allow you to make payment for the booking.

Who are these sessions suitable for?

Anyone aged 16 or over who seeks our intuitive guidance. We help you to gain a higher perspective, enabling you to see more clearly where you are now and how you might best navigate your route forward.

What happens before a session?

Once you have chosen your booking time/date and made the booking, you will be asked if you have a specific focus you wish to explore in the session, so that we can make advance preparations. We then create a personalised session that directly addresses your needs.

In preparation for each intuitive guidance session, we draw on the wide range of 'tools' we have in our tool box that connect us to higher guidance. These tools include: Tarot and oracle cards, crystal ball, Reiki, 'tuning in' to your energy field/ Higher Self/ guides and other divination tools, which help us to get a clearer picture of your situation. However, as it would be a bit boring for you to sit and look at us with our eyes closed as we 'tune in', some of these activities will take place prior to the session, so we can spend our time in the session more actively engaged in discussion, and feeding back what we have received. There is usually 1-2 hours of preparation that takes place before the session.

How do I prepare for my private session?

Equipment: You’ll need to have access to a computer screen, laptop or smartphone, on which the Zoom app has been downloaded. You will need a microphone and webcam (these will probably be built in to a laptop, tablet or smartphone, but you may need external ones for a pc). Headphones or earbuds are useful, especially for guided visualisation sessions.

Location: Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed during the session, so you can focus on this inner work. If you are doing a Heart Space Room guided visualisation session, or Holistic Spa session then you will need somewhere comfortable to lie down (or relax in an easy chair), but which still has access to your PC/laptop/smartphone, so you can hear and communicate with us during the visualisation.

How do I access the session?

Shuna or Roslyn will email you a Zoom link prior to your personal session. On the day of the booking, you’ll need to click on the link, at the agreed time.

What is your approach to sessions?

We approach each session very much as a unique 'co-created' experience and therefore not something that is 'done' to you. It involves your active participation in setting your intentions for the session, and the specific modalities (tools) we use will depend on what we are intuitively drawn to.

Our aim is not to 'solve your problems' but to empower you to successfully navigate your challenges and help you to find your own best solution. Once the challenges are no longer viewed as problems, you are more empowered to deal with them, which causes the energy to shift, and the way ahead to become clear.

Do you predict my future?

We do not 'predict your future', as this is always fluid and open to your free will choices - however, we can help you to examine the potential consequences of choosing particular directions open to you, and give suggestions about how best to choose the path that leads to your highest and best life.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We will aim to accommodate your needs and will endeavor to reschedule your booking, if you are unable to attend the booked session. However, we ask you to give us 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your session booking completely. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your session, you may be charged 50% of the session amount for the preparation work undertaken.
