Our Website

These are the terms on which you may make use of our website and our services, whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them.

These terms of use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our site:

  • Our Privacy and Data Protection which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

  • Our Cookie Policy, which sets out information about the cookies on our site.

  • If you purchase a course or session from our site, our Course and Personal Guidance Session Agreement (see below) will apply to the sale.

This site is operated by Spiritual Awakening Support Ltd (“We”). We are registered in Scotland under company number SC645808 and have our registered office at 15 Prospect Avenue, Cambuslang, Glasgow, G72 8BW

We have the right to remove any posting you make on our site if, in our opinion, your post does meet our standards.

The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values

Liability

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions. The material contained within the courses on the website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. You should not rely on it. Any arrangements made between you and any other person, using or named on the website are entirely at your sole risk and responsibility. Nothing in this section affects our liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

 

Courses, Membership Communities and Personal Guidance Sessions

1. Online Courses

Accessing your course(s):

  • Upon booking a course you will create a unique username and login.
  • You will receive onboarding emails to help you access your course. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time without affecting your access to the course.  Note, however, if you unsubscribe, you will not receive future course updates.
  • Our digital courses and videos will be available within your personal member library of this Kajabi site for streaming or download. 
  • We will provide you with suitable materials, sufficient for your course.
  • Our materials are fit for purpose, and are compatible with all mainstream internet browsers and with most computers. However, we are not responsible if any of our materials do not operate efficiently, or at all, because of incompatibility or local technical issues with your software, hardware, browsers, broadband, firewalls, antivirus or device settings.
  • ​Our courses are delivered in English. We do not provide foreign language support. All our course videos, and most of the bonus videos, have closed caption subtitles.
  • We are not liable for lost data or unavailable site or services. You are responsible for advising us of any change in your contact details.
  • ​You must be aged 16 or over to use our services and you must provide truthful, accurate and complete information when registering with us.

Cancellation and Refunds: 

Online Courses: You are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and may request a full refund of your course fee within 14 days of your enrolment by writing to [email protected]. We will make refunds within ten working days of receiving your email, however we are not responsible for any fees that your bank, or payment gateway deducts from the payment.

Payment in installments: when you sign up for a course paid in installments you are liable for meeting all the remaining installment payments once the 30-day cancellation period has expired.

 

2. Paid Membership Communities

Accessing your membership(s):

  • Upon joining our membership community you will create a unique username and login.
  • You will receive onboarding emails to help you access your membership, including downloading the app and accessing your personal library. 
  • Signing up gives us permission to email you.
  • You may unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time without affecting your access to the membership.  Note, however, if you unsubscribe, you will not receive membership updates.
  • Your monthly curated content will be available on password protected pages stored in adjunct to your personal member library of this Kajabi site for streaming or download. 
  • We will provide you with the minimum stated content for your membership and there may be additional ad hoc content that varies from month to month.
  • Our materials are fit for purpose, and are compatible with all mainstream internet browsers and with most computers. However, we are not responsible if any of our materials do not operate efficiently, or at all, because of incompatibility or local technical issues with your software, hardware, browsers, broadband, firewalls, antivirus or device settings.
  • ​Our workshops and materials are delivered in English. We do not provide foreign language support.
  • We are not liable for lost data or unavailable site or services. You are responsible for advising us of any change in your contact details.

Community Conduct and Membership Integrity

In the interest of maintaining a harmonious and supportive environment within our community, Spiritual Awakening Support reserves the right to refuse entry to membership or to remove any member whose behavior or actions are deemed inconsistent with our values and vibrational frequency. We value the well-being of all our members and aim to create a space that fosters growth, understanding, and positivity. While we encourage diverse perspectives, we expect all members to engage in respectful and considerate interactions. Any actions that disrupt the harmony of our community may result in the removal of membership privileges.

Cancellation and Refunds for Membership Communities: 

Joined but don't like it?  Cancel within 30 days and get a full refund (monthly or yearly) 

Rolling Membership: Past the 30 days You may cancel your membership at any time by mailing [email protected] or cancelling your subscription within your member profile. You will retain access to the curated materials for every complete month you have paid for (i.e. the monthly workshop, masterclass or training that was the key feature of each month's membership that you were given access to during the duration of your membership - or which you paid an extra fee for). You can access these from your personal library. 

Annual Membership Payment: You are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and may request a full refund of your annual membership fee within 30 days of your enrolment by writing to [email protected]. We will make full refunds of all monies paid within ten working days of receiving your email, however we are not responsible for any fees that your bank, or payment gateway deducts from the payment.

Annual Membership Payment in installments: when you sign up for the annual fee paid by installments you are liable for meeting the remaining installment payments once the 30-day cancellation period has expired.

Recurring payments: your annual membership and rolling membership will be grandfathered at the rate it was when you signed up for as long as you continue with your membership. Courtesy reminders will be sent at least a month before renewal of any annual fee. 

 

3. Personal Guidance Sessions

Booking: 

  • We will accept your order when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come in to existence between you and us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the course or session.
  • You use our services at your own risk and we will not be liable for any unauthorised transactions or communications made using your username or password.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the security of any usernames or passwords needed to access our services, and you agree not to allow any other person, without express permission from us, to access content using your account.
  • Courses and sessions must be paid for in full, and in advance, before you start. It is at our discretion as to whether a discount may be given on a service or product.
  • Sessions with us are therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for medical care and you have responsibility for your health and wellbeing. Any advice given is meant for guidance only and you are responsible for determining whether such information or advice applies to your individual circumstances. We offer no warranty as to the accuracy of any information given.

Cancellation and Refunds: 

Personal guidance sessions: we will aim to accommodate your needs and reschedule if you are unable to attend the booked session. However, we ask you to give us 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your session booking. If you cancel within 48 hours before your session, you may only be refunded 50% of the full amount, as we will have already done the preparation for the session by then. 

 

Social Media Policy

We reserve the right to screen, review, filter, edit, refuse or remove without notice any content posted on any Patinma Sky Ltd social media platform at our own discretion including:

  • Comments which we deem to be spam, offensive, inappropriate or obscene language or content (including images, videos or links);

  • Threatening, abusive or insulting statements;

  • Posts infringing intellectual property rights;

  • Posts in breach of privacy or confidentiality agreements; and

  • You must be 16 years or older to sign up to and post on our social media platforms. This is for both legal safety reasons and to honour and respect parental boundaries. This is in alignment with out Ethical Code of Conduct 

 

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on them. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You must not use any part of the content on our site for commercial purposes without permission from us. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our site.

You may link to our web pages, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. Please do not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code or password then please treat this information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

No part of our courses or sessions may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or using other electronic or mechanical methods, without our prior written permission, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other non-commercial uses permitted by copyright law.
