Personal data: The personal data we collect includes your name and email address. This may be recorded on paper, or it could be an electronic version.

  • When we collect your data it may be shared internally. We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
  • If you share data with us regarding your ethnic origin, political opinions, sexual orientation, philosophical beliefs, biometric or health data, then we will share this with no-one and will only retain the data with your permission.
  • We will use this information to keep you informed about your purchased services and enquiries, or to advise about promotions and discounts that we think may be of interest to you and to process payments.
  • We never sell or share your information to other organisations to use for their own purposes.
  • We will use appropriate security measures to keep your personal data secure at all times. We will not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

GDPR Compliance: Any information collected is held lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and GDPR (2018).

  • Personal data will be destroyed after the designated period.
  • As a client, you have the right to access any personal information held about you and that information will be supplied within one month of request.
  • We will review, amend and update any personal information held upon request in accordance with GDPR and we will act in accordance with GDPR (2018) in the event of a personal data breach.

Social Media: We may operate social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Although this policy covers how we will use any data collected from those pages, we cannot control how the providers of social media websites will use your information.

  • Please ensure that you read the privacy policy of any social media website before sharing data, and make use of the privacy settings and reporting mechanisms to control how your data is used.
  • Before providing anyone else’s data (for example, tagging photos), please ensure that they are happy for you to do so.
  • Under no circumstances will we (nor should you) publish another person’s home address, email address, or phone number.
